Niche Medical complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. We accept returns for faulty or defective products, but due to hygiene and safety regulations, restrictions apply to medical equipment and consumables. Contact us at info@nichemedical.com.au or 1300 136 855 within 7 days of receipt for a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number.
Eligible Returns
Faulty or Defective Items: Full refund or replacement if the product has a major failure (e.g., does not work as described). Minor issues may qualify for repair.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods: Refund or exchange if reported within 7 days, with proof of purchase.
Unopened, Non-Consumable Items: Returnable within 14 days for change of mind, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original packaging and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
Consumables (e.g., filters, mouthpieces, spacers) for hygiene reasons.
Opened or used products.
Special order or custom items.
Cold-chain or perishable goods (e.g., vaccines, if applicable).
Software or digital downloads.
Return Process
Obtain an RGA number before shipping.
Return items in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
Customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds processed within 7-10 business days via original payment method, minus any fees.
